Halloween in Ft. Myers Beach

After settling into the house we debated back and forth if we wanted to go out. Afterall it was Halloween! On a Saturday to. We had a pretty late lunch so werent that hungry. But decided to at least go find a place to have a drink.

What we found is that Ft. Myers Beach isnt exactly the most hopping town at night. We were on the search for a place on the water but didnt have much luck. We did find this place that had a patio. It was a sportsbar and the World Series game was playing, so double bonus! We got a table on the patio and ordered an appetizer, enjoyed a blue moon, and took in the atmosphere. We were sitting on a patio enjoying a cold beer in October! That alone makes life good, right? There was all kinds of people dressed up for Halloween to. Beetlejuice won in my opinion :) The bar had a dj and he played a great mixture of music: 70's, 80's, 90's, and now. It was pretty entertaining to see almost the entire bar join in on the Congo. :)

When we got back to the beach house we decided to go for a midnight swim. We treked over to the ocean and took a swim in what felt like bath water.

Yes, life is good. Life is so good.
