Surprise!

Yesterday when we started out our trek to Ft. Myers Beach we estimated that we would get into town a few hours earlier than check in time. So we decided to go visit Grant's Grandma. It has been about 7 years since we have seen her! She looks great :)

She is living in assistant living that is really nice! She was so happy to see us. She gave us a tour around and they have literally everything. From a salon/spa, a gym, arts and crafts, movies, you name it and they have it! They were even putting on a Halloween party for them last night. Grandma has a scooter, and boy can she go in that thing! That tour was a little exhausting for us. :p When we got back to Grandmas apartment we got to catch up with her some more, and also go to know Grandmas beau, Joe, a little bit better. Such a nice guy. Enjoyed the time we spent with him as well. And we cant forget Grandmas dog Missy. Such a cutie pie. She was so fluffy and cuddly. It filled some of the void of missing my own furbabies!

It was so nice to get to spend that little one on one time with Grandma before the chaos of the wedding day. Im so happy that they will be with us on the big day :)
