We are only 100 miles from Ft. Myers Beach! We gave in after 8 hours of driving, and have found ourselves in Palmetto, Florida. We are pretty spent! Who would of thought driving could be so exhausting!
After settling in at the Sleep Inn, we grabbed dinner at Ruby Tuesdays. I know couldnt we have picked something only Florida has? Our options were Applebees, Ruby Tuesdays, or fast food. So Ruby Tuesdays it was. I enjoyed a nice cosmo (cocktail of the day!) and Grant enjoyed a nice cold beer. The food was delish as well. I dont think I ever eat at Ruby Tuesdays back home, but may just have to remember them!
I think we are going to finish watch the Panic Room before we catch some zzzzz's.
